We have a part-time/full-time opening for a Customer Sales Rep.
Must be able to work various shifts per week. Morning, Afternoon and Evening Work

Job Duties (including but not limited to):
Answers phones and schedules appointments
Become knowledgeable with our systems
Be able to multi-task between phones, email and estimates
Answers Email Estimates provides bids
Sells additional products and services
Creates Invoices

When appropriate, resolves customer concerns to satisfaction of company and customer. Otherwise directs the customer to the appropriate manager for resolution of the concern.
Informs customers and proper cleaning procedures and maintenance methods.
Demonstrates professional knowledge of all company products and services
Satisfactorily completes daily paperwork procedures
Follows established policies
meets company standards for attendance and timeliness
Become knowledgeable about all services offered
Be able to track data of incoming phone calls
Be able to do basic math

Experience:
Answering Phones, Scheduling, Customer Service, Word, Google Docs, Publisher, Excel. Please indicate if you have Quickbooks Experience this is preferred.

Requirements:

Excellent customer service skills- courteous and clear telephone voice-Strong knowledge of English grammar, spelling and punctuation-Ability to follow oral and written instructions-Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with others-Ability to working independently in the absences of direct supervision-Flexible Schedule.
